  Develop, create and maintain UMUC Asia intranets and websites.  As Web Developer for UMUC Asia, my responsibilities range from creating and maintaining front-end web designs, to back-end relational database design and development.  Content on the websites is dynamically created using ColdFusion and databases.

  Develop, create and maintain COBOL programs and reports for UMUC Asia student, employee and payroll databases on a Hewlett Packard 3000 mainframe computer.  Create and design user interfaces that access UMUC Asia student, employee and payroll databases.  Assistance in the maintenance of the UMAD's Web presence.  Create original user interface designs for the UMAD Web site.

Assist Manager in marketing and sales of the worlds first and only all wooden personal computer system. Design original wooden computer systems to include: system cases, monitor enclosures, speakers, keyboards, mice and mouse pads. Design and create company mascots, logos and computer graphics, as well as, design and create advertisements, catalogs, brochures and user manuals. Design and maintain Japanese/English Web site which keeps perspective world-wide customers aware of current available products. Act as liaison between foreign customers and company members which has resulted in increased exports to other countries, such as, France, Austria and the United States.  Design, develop and create Hitachi Plant Website.
Senior Engineer (1994 - 1998)
Design, develop and write computer software packages used in the field by 200 company members at nuclear power plants. Design and create company mascots, logos and computer graphics for presentations, brochures, heavy vehicle canopies, and safety guides which has helped improve company image and notoriety.

Built, maintained and sold IBM compatible computer systems. Designed company advertisements and customer brochures resulting in increased sales and product awareness. Assisted customers in resolving hardware and software problems.

UNITED STATES AIR FORCE
Small Computer Maintenance Technician (Yokota Air Base, Japan) (1993 - 1994)
Provided small computer customer support for all base units. Developed and created training packages for support personnel on the maintenance of 2,500 government owned computer systems. Provided technical solutions for new user requirements resulting in the prevention of excessive government spending.
Base Land Mobile Radio Systems Manager (Yokota Air Base, Japan) (1986 - 1993)
Served as Quality Assurance Evaluator for a $100,000 annual maintenance contract of two-way communications for the entire Kanto Plain. Managed 50 base radio networks worth in excess of $1,000,000. Developed user training packages and brochures for network managers to use in the field. Wrote and implemented the base regulation that proscribed responsibilities of network users, unit commanders, and base command and control officers. Acted as the liaison between customers and supplying manufacturers to prevent system incompatibility.
H.F. Radio Maintenance Technician (Tokorozawa Transmitter Site, Japan) (1984 - 1986)
Maintained high frequency radio communications equipment in support of Air Force One and other USAF aircraft flying in the Northwestern Pacific region. Designed and painted a large mural on the administrator’s wall which spirited camaraderie among the site members.
Supply Inspector (Keesler AFB, MS) (1981 - 1983)
Inspected turned in government equipment to prevent fraud, waste and abuse. Painted eight murals, one at each entryway, of the main supply building which greeted customers and instilled pride in the squadron members.
Inventory Management Specialist (McGuire AFB, NJ) (1979 - 1981)
Sorted and distributed computer generated products for supply customers. Painted two murals that welcomed customers to the main supply building, painted four murals in personal dormitory room, and painted four murals in a dormitory day room, all of which increased squadron morale and helped the squadron receive the highest possible rating during Commander’s Facilities Inspections.
